Leadership
Richard Hale, Founder & Principal
Richard Hale is an experienced management consultant and Program Director with more than 30 years of experience across government, commercial, banking, infrastructure, research and health environments.
His career includes senior management, program leadership and advisory assignments involving organisational governance, complex technology programs, business improvement, corporate change, research administration, commercial management and strategic planning.
Richard has worked with Commonwealth and State government agencies, financial institutions, universities, research organisations and major commercial enterprises.
He has established management and reporting systems, led substantial programs, reviewed business operations, coordinated complex stakeholder environments and supported organisations through significant operational and structural changes.
